We inspect all our shirt / item before shipping to customers so they're in good condition and quality for your satisfaction. However if you received wrong order or the item are damage you are eligible for some options.
All item sold are eligible for refund or replacement if there are major imperfection problem.

Buyer must return item to seller - Buyer responsible for shipping charges back to us. We will replace after received the returned item. We will be responsible for item replacement shipping charges from us to buyer.

Please contact us and show us proof of the problem (photos or order screen capture) associated with the item sold, no longer than 7 (seven) days upon receiving them. Item received longer than 7 days are no longer applicable for replacement. You can however contact us if the item is still within 14 (fourteen) days of received for our discretion.
